In order to improve the operation of the air-cooling system, the perimeter doors are fitted with a special seal made of rubber. That’s why it’s hard for dust to find its way into the cabinet. The product is manufactured with the use of cold-rolled steel with different degrees of thickness. Meanwhile, the main structural components are produced using steel with a thickness of 0.05” (1.2 mm). Additional components, for instance, side panels or doors, are made of steel with a thickness of 0.04” (1 mm). It serves as a guarantee of streamlined steadiness between the maximum permissible load and the enclosure weight, which is crucial during transportation. The air-cooling element is carried in an individual box. In total, the enclosure delivery requires 6 boxes. Sysracks 42U full-fledged server cabinets have a depth of 39” and are supplied with a specially developed 31.5” deep PL-1000 shelf. The cabinet features 2 shelves, namely PL-1000 and PL-800, which provides the opportunity to optimize space distribution. The PL-800 shelf is 24” deep and can be mounted facing the A/C component placed on the rear door. All the mounted elements are secure thanks to the presence of latched doors and side panels. Apart from robust locks, quick-release panels are equipped with 2 spring-actuated clips in order to maximize safety. The front door is manufactured using 2 materials, more specifically metal and heat-strengthened glass. You’ll be able to check all parts with your own eyes, that is, you won’t have to make any efforts to open the cabinet. It’s also worth mentioning that the doors are highly flexible and can be hinged on both the left and right sides. Those who have small server rooms will definitely be able to appreciate this apparent advantage. The rear door is made of pure metal. The air-cooling module is operating together with 4 fans installed in the upper part of the enclosure. They blow the heated air outside the server cabinet, thereby making it possible to minimize or at least mitigate the existing thermal burden. The said fans feature roller bearings, which enables you to increase MTBF and suppress noise in the most efficient manner. Just like the rest of Sysracks cabinets, this particular item comes with a black powder coating finish. Its texture is actually microscopic, which gives the product a sleek look and makes it resilient to the majority of external factors, including adverse temperature conditions. Condensed liquids are drained using a drain pipe made of rubber in real time, i.e., when the cabinet is operating. The item under consideration is supplied with a full kit of accessories. Aside from the PL-1000 and PL-800 shelves, the set also contains the following components:

• 8-port PDU;
• 4 wheels (2 of which feature brakes);
• Feet made of metal;
• A large kit of M6 screws and nuts that will help you mount your server and network-related hardware.

Where necessary, you can refit the cabinet with the use of the said 8-port PDU, fixed or roll-out shelves, etc.
